Hi!

I'm Brittany Peck, Esq., and I am a US- licensed Attorney. 

For the first six years of my legal career, I was a Disability Attorney working at various non-profits and legal aid organizations to advocate for vulnerable populations to receive Social Security Disability Income (SSDI) and Social Security Income (SSI). Throughout my first six years, I have argued in the United States Federal Court, the United States Administrative Court, and other venues throughout California and Massachusetts.  

Like other fields, the Covid-19 health crisis completely changed how the legal world worked and operated. So many people were in desperate need of legal help, and legal offices across the globe were on limited schedules, closing because of lockdowns, etc. With this in mind, I founded The Legal Agency, LLC. to close the gap between people needing affordable legal services, all available online. Having online legal services was something that only a few attorneys could foresee before Covid-19. 

However, I saw the powerful way the internet and web-based platforms could shape and transform the legal industry. 

I opened the doors to The Legal Agency, LLC. in 2021 to provide affordable legal solutions to everyday legal problems. I love working with clients to protect their business and personal needs by providing contract reviews, contract drafting services, and contract negotiations. I also offer other services such as Food And Drug Administration (FDA) product reviews and Limited Liability Company (LLC) compliance reviews. 

I do not provide litigation services to keep costs low and accessible for all clients. However, I would be more than happy to refer an issue that may require litigation to a trusted attorney in your area of need.
